🔑 Sign-In Methods

1️⃣ Email and Password

How to Sign In:

  1. Visit ssemble.com/login

  2. Enter your registered email

  3. Enter your password

  4. Click “Sign In”

Password Tips:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one number

  • Special characters are recommended

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click “Forgot Password?”

  2. Enter your email

  3. Check your inbox for the reset link (valid for 24 hours)

  4. Click the link & create a new password

  5. Sign in with your updated credentials


2️⃣ Google Sign-In

How to Use Google Login:

  1. Click “Continue with Google”

  2. Select your Google account

  3. Grant permission to share basic profile info

  4. You’ll be signed in & redirected automatically

Troubleshooting Google Login:

  • Enable pop-ups for ssemble.com

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try Incognito Mode

How to Use Apple Sign-In:

  1. Click “Sign in with Apple”

  2. Enter your Apple ID

  3. Complete two-factor authentication

  4. Choose Share or Hide My Email

  5. Authorize Ssemble access

Apple Privacy Options:

  • Share My Email: Uses your real email

  • Hide My Email: Uses Apple’s unique relay email
    Both work seamlessly with Ssemble!

Requirements:

  • Apple ID with 2FA enabled

  • iOS 13+ or macOS 10.15+

  • Apple Sign-In works on Windows & Android too!

⚠️ Troubleshooting Login Issues

“Account Not Found”

  • Double-check your email

  • See if you used social login instead

  • Look for typos

  • Contact Support if you’re sure it should exist

“Invalid Password”

  • Check Caps Lock

  • Confirm keyboard language

  • Copy from your password manager

  • Use the reset link if needed

Social Sign-In Not Working

  • Enable pop-ups
