Each automation appears as a card.

Automation Card Details

Each card shows:

• Channel info

• Status (Active / Paused / Credits exhausted)

• Stats (videos, clips, posts)

• Connected platforms

• Last and next check time

Actions You Can Take

Edit Settings

You can change:

• Threshold

• Clip settings

• Platforms

• Schedule

Channel cannot be changed.

Pause

Stops:

• Video checks

• Clip generation

• Posting

Scheduled posts still go live.

Resume

Restarts automation and checks for new videos immediately.

View Activity

See:

• Processed videos

• Clip counts

• Posting status

Remove Automation

• Stops everything

• Keeps existing clips and posts

• Frees plan slot

Status Types

• Active → running normally

• Paused → stopped manually

• Credits exhausted → stopped due to no credits

Credit Issue Fix

• Add credits or upgrade plan

• Automation resumes automatically

Common Warnings

No social accounts

• Clips generated but not posted

No platforms selected

• Nothing will be posted

Best Practices

• Check activity weekly

• Review unposted clips

• Keep accounts connected

• Monitor credits

• Adjust settings over time
