Signing up and generating your first clips does not require a subscription. Once you're ready to download, publish, or make more clips, subscribe to a plan, and the clips you already generated stay in your account. You will not lose them while you decide.
Log in to your account at app.ssemble.com.
Open the pricing page, or click Billing in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Compare the plans and pick the one that fits.
Confirm checkout through Stripe.
Your credits and plan features are available right away once payment goes through. If you later want to change tiers, see How to Upgrade or Downgrade Plan.
A few things trip people up when they compare plans:
There is no free plan. Ssemble does not offer a free tier or a free trial. See Free trial is not supported.
Credits come with the subscription, not as a standalone purchase. Every monthly or annual plan includes a monthly credit allowance for clipping. You cannot buy credits on their own without a plan. The only exception is Credit Top-Ups, a one-time add-on available to Custom plan subscribers, see Buying Extra Credits with Top-Ups.
The Hobby plan has a fixed monthly credit allowance. It is not unlimited clipping. Once you use your Hobby credits for the month, you can wait for the next renewal or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits right away.
