Purchases on Ssemble are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
This includes credits spent on clips you are not happy with, such as a clip that feels disjointed or lacks context. Clip quality depends heavily on the source video, see Why clips can feel disjointed for the video types and settings that produce better results.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it stops all future charges. You keep access to your plan and any unused credits until the end of the billing period you already paid for. See Cancel Subscription.
Contact support with your account email and the charge date. If you already have an open ticket about the same charge, reply on that ticket instead of opening a new one.
If you're in the EU or UK, this policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under your local consumer law.
