Buying Extra Credits with Top-Ups (Custom Plans Only)

Credit Top-Ups are available on Custom plans only. If you're on a Hobby, Pro, Expert, or Business plan and need more credits, upgrade the plan to get more credits.
What are Credit Top-Ups?
Top-Ups let Custom plan subscribers buy extra credits with a simple one-time card payment — no plan change and no extra subscription.
Credits come in blocks of 100 credits for $60 (prices are shown in your local currency where supported), and you can buy up to 10 blocks in one purchase.
Unlike subscription credits, top-up credits never expire. They stay on your account through plan renewals and plan changes until you use them.
How to buy a Top-Up
You'll find the Top up credits button in the top-right corner of your dashboard. On Custom plans it's always available — you don't have to wait until you run out of credits.
Click it, choose how many 100-credit blocks you'd like, and continue to the secure Stripe checkout. Payment is by card.
Your credits are added within seconds after payment — you'll see a confirmation and your balance updates right away.
You can also start a purchase from the Billing page (the "Buy credits" button next to "Change Plan"), and you'll see the Top-Up option mentioned on the Custom plan card on our pricing page:
How top-up credits are used
Your subscription credits are always used first. Top-up credits are only consumed once your regular allowance runs out — think of them as a reserve that never expires.
If a video fails to process, the refunded credit is returned to the same balance it was taken from.
Checking your balances
When you hold top-up credits, a green info icon appears next to your credit count. Hover over the credits area to see exactly how many subscription credits and top-up credits you have:
Clicking the credits area opens your Credit Usage Logs in a new tab, where every purchase and every credit used is tracked — each entry shows whether it used subscription or top-up credits:
