Clip Rewards lets creators pay clippers for clips that drive views. A project owner funds a campaign with a budget, and clippers submit clip links against that campaign to earn a share of the budget based on tracked views.
Two roles use the same board:
Creator: funds a campaign, sets its budget and end date, and approves or rejects submitted clips.
Clipper: browses open campaigns, clips eligible content, and submits a clip link to earn payment.
The Clip Rewards board only lists campaigns that are currently open. A campaign drops off the board when either of these happens:
Its budget is fully allocated to approved submissions.
Its end date passes.
Because campaigns close as soon as their budget fills, the list you see can look different from one visit to the next. A campaign you saw yesterday may not be there today simply because another clipper's submissions used up the remaining budget.
If a campaign you expect to see is missing, check first whether it reached its budget or end date. If it should still be open and it is not listed, contact Ssemble support. This can happen due to a display bug on the campaign source, not just budget depletion.
You can only submit a clip made from content you have the right to clip. That means one of:
A clip made from a Clip Rewards campaign's source content, where the creator who funded the campaign has already granted permission to clip it.
A clip made from your own content that you own or otherwise have permission to reuse.
Clipping source video that is not tied to an active campaign and that you do not own is not covered by Clip Rewards, and submitting it will not earn a payout.
Pick an open campaign on the Clip Rewards board, or use your own content.
Make your clip and post it.
Submit the clip's public link to the campaign.
Ssemble tracks the views on that link. Approved submissions accrue earnings from the campaign budget as views come in.
The creator who owns the campaign can approve or reject each submission. You get an email notification when a submission is approved or rejected, and when a campaign closes because its budget ran out or its end date arrived. You can manage these notifications from Email Notifications in your profile menu.
A balance of 0 usually means Ssemble has not yet recorded a qualifying submission for that campaign, not that your views were not counted. Common causes:
The submission has not been approved yet.
The clip link was submitted to a campaign that later closed before the submission was processed.
The clip was not submitted through the Clip Rewards flow, so its views were never linked to a campaign.
Check that your clip was submitted and approved under an active campaign. If your balance still shows 0 after approval and you believe views should count, contact Ssemble support with the campaign name and the clip link. Support reviews these case by case. Credit is not automatically applied retroactively for views that accrued before a submission was recorded.
